The Management of Evin School of Management would like to invite you to attend Advanced Cross-Cultural Management and Leadership Decision Making Programme which will be held at Golden Tulip Resort Zanzibar. This is a three (3) days programme which will start on 27th – 29th March, 2017.

The major purpose of this programme is introducing our new framework for Lead for Growth and Managing Performance, Accountability, Governance, Compliance, Risk and Behaviour Measures.

This new framework and model is designed to help managers and leaders from all sectors. Since it was introduced and adopted by different leaders and managers in the past five (5) years, it has been proved to be working effectively in driving growth and effectiveness in organisation and institutions. The framework works well in organisations and institutions which operate in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) context.

In addition, the framework and the model draw from our research findings on the “Five Faces of Cross-Cultural Management and Leadership Decision Making Process”. These research findings will be used during the training to guide Case Studies, Simulation Activities and Discussions.
In this case, we encourage you and your organisation to nominate as many managers and Leaders as possible into this learning and yet relaxation as well as networking moment.
Specifically, this event is for Senior Managers, including CEO, Directors, Head of Departments, General Managers, Ministers, Executive Secretaries, Board and EXCO Members etc.

Participants in this Advanced Cross-Cultural Management and Leadership Decision Making Programme will benefit from 60 Credit Hours Certification.

Please You Are Advised To Confirm Your Participation To Us Before Or On 20th March 2017.
