This Organisational and Institutional Development Work Group assists management to review and self-evaluate the services, products, services currently offered with a key focus on aligning existing organisation operational policies, programmes, strategies and projects with the current business and working environment.

Our comprehensive review of all Program Support Policies will ensure that we accommodate a significant number of issues and changes emerged in the last few years in the business environment, particularly those dynamics affecting the Organisational and institutional competitiveness

The Organisational and Institutional Development Work Group Key focus areas includes:

I. Interim Management Service Offering: We provide Interim Management Service Offering and related technical support and administrative back-up services. Meaning that, the Organisational and Institutional Development Work Group offers hands on experienced middle to top level managers to its clients for 3-5 years management contracts.

Key aims of this service includes assisting companies to:

  • Install management systems
  • Improve operational and financial performance
  • Transfer capacity to its client’s managers
The Organisational and Institutional Development Work Group provides technical support and administrative backup support to these managers and monitors their progress to ensure that the client company’s business targets are met. The Organisational and Institutional Development Work Group’s services are provided at cost to client companies (including recovery of actual expenses).

In order to achieve this, the Organisational and Institutional Development Work Group at Evin school of Management conducts training needs assessments within its client companies and, in collaboration with its clients, we custom designs practical, job-oriented management and leadership development programmes. Evin School of Management’s training programmes entail exposure to a comprehensive package of functional and general management development activities-all of which contribute to making an organisation competitive and sustainable.
