Evin School of Management is an approved awarding body with extensive experience in the field of Cross-Cultural Leadership Decision Making and Organisational /Institutional Development.

Since started on April, 2006, Evin School of Management has supported career and professional development achievements of managers and leaders from junior level to board members, across the Government, Private , Public and Not for Profit.

Well over one thousand 1,000 Managers’ and Leaders’  have improved their own performance and brought real benefits to their organisations, by taking different Evin School of Management qualifications.

It is widely acknowledged that we live in across-cultured and knowledge based economic context. The work place is seen as a highly Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) context.

In order to address these challenges of Leading for Growth and Effectiveness and Managing Performance, Accountability, Governance, Compliance, Risk Measures and Behaviours, Evin School of Management has designed a suites of Cross-Cultural Leadership Decision Making and Organisational/Institutional Development Programmes in order to address the need of its different customers:

The key distinctiveness of this programme is on how we use Multi-Level and Meso-Level Frameworks and Models in Leading for Growth and Managing Performance, Accountability, Governance, Compliance, Risk Measures and Behaviours.

The Mastering Your Growth and Effectiveness Initiative

The Mastering Your Growth and Effectiveness Initiative is an Advanced Cross-Cultural Management Decision Making Programme for Middle and Senior Managers and Leaders.  Focusing on Individuals and Team, the Mastering Your Growth and Effectiveness is delivered around the Distributed Leadership concept. Distributed Leadership (Umoja in Kiswahili)is a unit of analysis which used both Shared Leadership (Ujamaa) and Self-Leadership (Kujitegemea) .Umoja is a Kiswahili contruct-it defines both the level and the mechanism of cooperation in Leading for Growth and Managing Performance, Accountability, Governance, Compliance, Risk Measures and Behaviours within organisations and institutions.
