The Public and NGO'S Sector Work Group at Evin School of Management aims is to ensure the nexus of creative knowledge, moral values and social cultural behaviours as adaptive capabilities are applied as core shared values, instrumental values as well as the underpinnings of mechanisms of cooperation in development leadership decision making.

The main aims of the Public and NGO'S Sector Work Group is to ensure growth and effectiveness is achieved through findings from Assessments(Monitoring and Evaluation Base Line Data Surveys). See  The Public and NGO'S Sector Work Group Capability Statement

Specifically, the main aims of the Public and NGO'S Sector Work Group is ensuring that all strategies, policies, programmed and projects for driving growth and effectiveness outcomes is achieved and measured using three dimensions of growth:-

  1. Ensuring the individual knowledge workers experience work meaning,
  2. Ensuring the organisations/institutions achieve growth, profitability, innovation, sustainability and adaptability and
  3. Ensuring the overall community social impact and well-being is enhanced.

The Public and NGO'S Sector Work Group achieves these objectives through Knowledge, values and cultural behaviour management at three main areas:-

  1. Assessment of how knowledge is shared during strategies, policies, programme design, development and execution.
  2. Assessment of how knowledge is shared during product, services and solution design, development and delivery and
  3. Assessment of how knowledge is shared during the leading for growth and managing performance, accountability, governance, compliance and risk measures and behaviours.
